La Toussaint

A delicious lunch with friends, followed by a bracing walk in the rain through beautiful countryside.

  1. The lunch sounds great not so sure about a walk in the rain though despite the beautiful countryside. Guess what my post tomorrow is going to be about?
    Take care Diane

  3. Lovely set of pictures [Tim?]... and Jean is going to wish she'd been there... that's her "future orange Renault 4" over there on the bank with the 3 2CVs.

  5. I love the moody sky of photo 4. Why not walk in rain? Those who haven't done so, should try. It is something I used to not do. However, it is exceedingly refreshing and when one gets home, peels off the wet clothes, enjoys tea and cake, sometimes before or after a hot bath, then it is like digging in the earth, getting one's hands soiled. One feels quite sanctimonious! I love Angles sur L'Anglin even covered as it is now with heavy, dank fog.
